Simply add all your purchasing item(s) to your shopping cart, and once you're on the checkout process to pay for your items. Returns & Exchanges

You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items should be returned in their original packaging. In order to process your return quickly and effectively, please include your order number and the reason for the return.


When Should I Receive My Refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Are There Any Items That Are Not Returnable?

Items that are not returnable include any media (CDs, Mixtapes, etc.) that has been opened or is not in original package.

Other items that are not returnable:


  • Any items that have obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received

If you find that an item is defective after it has been opened, we will happily exchange said item or send you a replacement of that item.


Can I Return Something After 7 Days?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after 7 days. Any items returned after 7 days are not the responsibility of


Can I Exchange An Item I Purchased for Something Else?

If you would like to exchange an item that you purchased for a different one, you may do so as long as your item has not yet been processed or shipped.


How Should I Pack My Return?

Pack the items along with the receipt.
Write our Return Shipping Address on the outside of the package.
Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.


Can I Change My Order If It Hasn't Been Shipped Yet?

If you need to change your order, please contact us to make arrangements before your order has been processed or shipped. We will do all our very best to satisfied you 100% if possible.

Paying By Money Order?

Please follow these instructions:
On, please go through the process of completing an order by adding your selections to the online shopping cart, then on checkout please select Postal Money Order form of payment and continue. Please make sure to print out the Money Order Form page to mail in with your money order payment to us, which contains your name and address, mail in instructions as well as your selections, shipping preferences and total order amount.

Shipping Options: Domestic & International

Currently uses the United States Post Office for all U.S. and International orders. All orders are shipped with a USPS tracking number that tracks the order from pick-up to delivery. See Viewing Your Order Status  below to see how to retrieve your tracking information.

U.S. Customers - here are your options:

USPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING [Average 5-7 business days from the date the order was shipped or sooner in most cases)

Please Note: Were not responsible for postal service delivery delays or your order being delivered to a wrong address do to you providing an incorrect shipping address, if and when any.

Were also not responsible for any orders being shipped to any correctional facility that won't accept them. If the order is rejected, refused or returned, you will need to contact us so that you may choose from the following options:

(Option 1) Re-pay shipping cost to have order re shipped to your home address or any other address of your choice.

Pre-Orders / Back-Orders

Pre-Ordered Items offers its customers the ability to pre-order certain items up to several days before its release date. If you decide to buy an item that is on Pre-Order, your order will be shipped when we have the item in stock.

Back-Ordered Items fulfills 100% of its orders in their entirety without backorders within 24 - 48 hours of when the orders are placed. However, there are instances when a particular item will go out of stock. If this happens, then we will ship the rest of your order within the 48 hour time frame. Any back-ordered item will be shipped separately when it is back in stock. If the back-ordered items do not come back in stock within 30 days of your order date, a credit will be placed on your account for the total amount of the back-ordered items including any shipping costs for that item. These credits can be used towards any purchase on within 1 year of the original order date. If you choose to receive a refund rather than a credit, then please contact us and we will happily refund your payment for any unfulfilled back- ordered items.

Viewing & Tracking Your Order

The easiest and most convenient way to view and track your order is by setting up a Account upon check-out. This will allow you to view any orders that you have placed on by simply logging in to your Account located on the top or left-hand panel of our website.

If you choose not to register as a member/customer, then you can also view your tracking information by visting and inserting the tracking number that was sent to you via the confirmation email with order completed status on it.
